Can I use my HSA/FSA?

Yes, you can. Simply pay for your breast pump and accessories using your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout, or pay with another credit card and submit your receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement.

What sizes are available?

The right size is key for maximizing comfort and output. Willow offers flanges and containers in size 21mm, 24mm, and 27mm. If you measure smaller than 21mm, we offer Sizing Inserts in sizes 15mm, 17mm, 19mm that snap into our 24mm Flanges and Containers. We strongly recommend measuring yourself to determine your Willow size as it might be different from other pumps you’ve used. Unsure of your size? How do I clean the containers?

After every use, you can wash by hand or pop the parts in the dishwasher, top rack only.

Can I put the Container in the fridge or freezer between pumping sessions to avoid cleaning?

It’s important to wash breast pumping parts after every session to avoid the growth of bacteria. If you’d like to read more on this, the La Leche League has more information about cleaning pumping parts and accessories. We also suggest you do not store your Container in the fridge or the freezer. This can lead to decreased performance for the Container.

Milk containers

Love love, love these things. The bags tend to get expensive. But the mouth containers are my go to. Easy to clean easy to assemble in once you get the flip to finish easy to remember to always put to 2. I love them so much. I bought a couple. So I'm not constantly always washing the same pump parts

Love it! Get way more done cord free

I have a cord pump and I have this pump. I get so much more done when I am not tied down with my old cord pump. You realize how valuable this is, I can go on trips, out to eat, and visit family without having to worry about getting to an outlet to pump. Also gets a lot of milk.

Game changer

I almost gave up on the willow pump because the leakproof bag flanges hurt, wouldn’t line up, and I got terrible output. I decided to give it another try and buy the reusable container and it was a game changer. It didn’t hurt and it was easy to latch on with the typical amount of output I’d get if I were to use a traditional pump.
