A note from Willow about COVID-19
To our Willow community,
We know how important Willow is to your breastfeeding journeys, and we’re sure you have a ton of questions right now. To offer some peace of mind, we wanted to share a few updates with you:
- The Willow Pump + Accessories fall into the medical product category and are prioritized for delivery. At this time, we are not experiencing any shipping delays or inventory issues on the Willow Pump, Milk Bags, Containers, Flanges, or Chargers. We are temporarily out of stock on Flextubes™ and anticipate they will be in stock in 10 – 14 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience – please contact Customer Care if you need assistance.
- To keep your pumps clean, you can wipe down the outside of your pumps with a damp cloth or disinfecting wipe. Read up on our other cleaning recommendations to keep your parts clean.
- Our Customer Care team is ready to support you seven days a week, now with new hours on Sunday (M-F 6am to 6pm PT, Saturday & Sunday 7am to 1pm PT). You can also visit Willow Help to view helpful articles and get support.
Questions about COVID-19 and breastfeeding? Your family’s safety is our number one priority, so we’re closely following breastfeeding guidance from the CDC. We’ll continue to keep you updated as we learn more.
